One of the most overwhelming parts of trying to eat healthy, is knowing where to start. It has taken me YEARS to figure out what ingredients to look out for and which ones are ok. So, I decided to make a Grocery Haul Staples list JUST for you!

These are literally my weekly GO TO items... I ALWAYS make sure these are on my list or in supply in my pantry/refrigerator!
